PRESENTATION
🏆 Presentation Update 🏆
📆 Sunday 6th July
⏰Time: 1pm - 4pm
Location: Footgolf - Harlow Town Park.
Price: £10pp - this will cover 3 hour hire, player medals (money to be collected by manager).
Each registered player within a team will receive an SK Sports medal.
Once all funds have been received and cost covered, we will look for the best viable food option for the players.
Regardless of whether you are leaving for another team next season, we welcome both managers and players to this event to celebrate their efforts this season.
FEES FOR 2025/26 SEASON
Signing on Fee’s
Signing on Fee is £110 (new kit would be available to purchase through Create Identitee for around £35 if no sponsor is provided for a team). Totalling £145. (more info on kits will be available next month).
Intentions Date Deadline: June 30th, 2025 (£30 Deposit)
*Deposit returned if team folds and we cant find a replacement team before the 31st July.
Deposit of £30 per player is required. This is refundable should the team NOT form by July 31st. The remaining Balance is due on July 31st. These Dates are set in stone, and we will not have any flexibility payment dates. This is so we can plan effectively and give the parents the knowledge 2 months prior to the seasons first game to give them the appropriate time to find another club should their team not secure enough players. (Should any teams not form due to insufficient players, we will continue coaching development and assess the team formations later, however there will not be a guarantee that a team will form for the upcoming season.)

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscription Fee is remaining the same from September 2025 to September 2026 of £50 per month or £60 per month for siblings.
Parent Managers and their Coaching staff, roles and responsibilities.
Since the formation of SK Sports, we have offered parent managers the opportunity to coach and manage their teams. By doing so we have sponsored them for their courses and DBS checks in guidance with the FA policies and ensured they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to perform as SK sports coach. We have also not applied any fees for their children’s football. As a result of the increase in costings to run the club, we have decided that if your team has two coaches available on a match day, we will NOT offer a paid referee as it is a duty for grass roots coaches to provide this service on matchdays.
Pre-Season / During Season Friendlies.
The club will not pay for any additional pitch bookings for friendly matches during the pre-season as this is not accounted for in the season budgeting. If teams wish to book friendlies, they will need to fit in with the current training schedules and use the pitches and space available. Friendlies can be scheduled from the start of September when we move onto the Astroturf.

Development: Led by SK Sports Coaches open to all ages and abilities
Team and Development: Led by SK Sports Managers, open to players trialling
Team Training: Led by Managers, closed to squad players that have signed on.
